East Malling selection. It is a weak rootstock, around10 to 15 % less robust than the quince tree EMA.

It is suitable in particular for robust varieties such as DOYENNE DU COMICE. It results in a rapid fruit set and confers a very good productivity.

Do note that it is very sensitive to limestone as well as cold temperatures.
